Schedule 1 - If property owner is taking accountability, please have property owner fill out all sections of the form. In Section D, the basis for exemption is “property owner” and BCIN is not required.

Owner Authorization Form Please note: A Certificate of Authority is required when a property is owned by a corporation to legally verify and document the individual who has signing authority on behalf of the corporation. This ensures that the corporation’s decisions are authorized and binding, preventing unauthorized actions and protecting all parties involved in the transaction or agreement.

Property Layout Guideline -The Civil Drawing/Lot Grading plan can be combined into a single document with the Property Layout, provided all criteria for both documents are met.
